Twice a year, VSCA produces its highly respected VSCA Buying Guide in a "printable" format. The VSCA Buying Guide lists products and services suitable for Victorian school canteens, in accordance with the Victorian government policy for school canteens and other school food services. It is a treasure-trove of information and ideas, including many Green (everyday) canteen menu ideas.

The VSCA Printable Buying Guide is published in two sections. The latest edition was produced in December 2008. To view, download or print the latest edition, click here and then click on the bright yellow buttons to select the section of your choice.

In the meantime, the VSCA Online Buying Guide (click here) is updated continually and contains the latest information, including 2009 VSCA Registered Products, Services and Companies. Individual pages within the VSCA Online Buying Guide can be printed by clicking the "print" button or choosing "File", then "Print" on your menu bar.
