This very special Professional Development event for people in Victorian school canteens incorporates the very popular VSCA School Canteen Expo where you can see, sample and discuss a huge range of products and services suitable for your Victorian school canteen.

The event will also include:

workshops to allow you to share ideas and experiences with other school canteen people from around Victoria

practical demonstrations of healthy food ideas suitable for school canteens

refreshments including canteen-friendly recipes you might not have tried before

All food products displayed at the VSCA School Canteen Expo and the VSCA Canteen Ideas Day are approved for Victorian school canteens and rated either "Everyday (green)" or "Select carefully (amber)" under the Victorian Government policy for school cantens and other school food services.

When, where, how?

Tuesday, 19th May 2009 at St Bernard's College, Essendon.
Bookings essential - entry by pre-booked ticket only.
VSCA member schools receive a discounted rate. VSCA membership may be paid with booking.
