	refreshments including canteen-friendly recipes you might not have tried before

VSCA's staff include nutrition professionals and have over 30 years hands-on experience in working with school canteens. We are experienced in running activities specifically for Victorian school canteen people.

2009 VSCA School Canteen Expo

Over the years, the VSCA School Canteen Expo has become a highly reputed and popular event in the School Canteen calendar.

The VSCA School Canteen Expo is a friendly and informal event that allows school canteen representatives to chat with each other, with representatives from companies and with VSCA.

At the VSCA School Canteen Expo you can "try before you buy". In a single time and place you can see, sample and ask questions about a wide range of products and services suitable for your school canteens.

The VSCA School Canteen Expo offers you the opportunity to learn about new products, get new ideas for your menu, and swap ideas with other school canteen people.

All food products displayed at the VSCA School Canteen Expo are approved for Victorian school canteens and rated either "Everyday (green)" or "Select carefully (amber)" under the Victorian Government policy for school cantens and other school food services.

When, where, how?

The VSCA Canteen Ideas Day (incorporating the 2009 VSCA School Canteen Expo) will be held on Tuesday, 19th May 2009 at St Bernard's College, Essendon.

Bookings essential - entry by pre-booked ticket only.

VSCA member schools receive a discounted rate. VSCA membership may be paid with booking.
