"Liz is the wonderful canteen assistant at our secondary
school of approximately 650 students. I have had the pleasure
of working with Liz now, for nearly seven years.
In my career of running school catering and canteens, I have
never before worked with such a capable, hard-working, reliable
and pleasant person.
Liz works more hours than she is paid for, is always prepared
to go the "extra mile" for our functions, special
days and for any of the other weird and wonderful suggestions
we may come up with to make the canteen experience a better
one for all.
Liz is never negative about any aspect of running our very
busy canteen, and her commitment to the school is outstanding.
Liz's ability to get on with everyone and to make our loyal
band of more than 50 volunteers feel welcome and relaxed is
amazing.
To have an assistant such as Liz to support me and where
necessary, to deputize for me, makes things flow so much better,
