"I am pleased to nominate Petek Gulen (affectionately
known as "Pepsi") [for this award].
Pepsi commenced assisting in the Caroline Springs College
Canteen at the start of this year. She has 3 children, all
at the school and was pregnant with her 4th child.
She worked every day and took on the thankless task of making
the sandwiches and rolls each day.
She gladly undertook any activity requested of her and was
of great assistance to the paid staff members.
Pepsi finished assisting at the end of Term 2 and had her
baby in early September.
I am very grateful to Pepsi for assisting the canteen staff."
