Christine has been Canteen Manageress since 1989 at Vermont
SC. Over this time, she has established a highly effective
working relationship with our parent volunteers, with many
working in the canteen for 10 to 12 years. Chris also works
very effectively with our student volunteers, providing them
with on-the-job training.
As Manager, Chris has overall responsibility for the day
to day running of the canteen as well as its financial management
- a role she carries out with great competence.
The canteen has gained a Five Star Rating regularly by the
City of Whitehorse as part of its Food Hygiene Assessment.
As the focus has shifted towards the sale of more healthy
options, Chris has actively supported this.
Chris is a highly valued member of staff at Vermont SC.
